ScleroPLUS HP is the most versatile laser system treating leg veins plus other vascular conditions such as; facial spider veins, port wine stains, hemangiomas, rosacea, stretch marks, angiomas, scars and warts. The ScleroPLUS's patented dynamic non-linear exitation enables delivery of LongPulse durations at various wavelengths. The multiple wavelengths allow the physician to control depth of penetration and vessel coagulation. The LongPulse duration results in gentle, uniform heating and coagulation across the entire vessel diameter. The system's multiple handpieces allow more precice treatment of veins and lesions in a wide variety of configurations |

ScleroPLUS Treatment Protocol |
| |
|
| |
- The targeted telangiectasia is covered with 4"x4" hydrogel dressing.
- Energy and Wavelength settings are selected.
- Laser is put into ready mode and handpiece removed from holder.
- Calibration/Verification if necessary.
- Aiming laser (HeNe) is visualized on skin.
- Elliptical Spot is aligned to targeted vessel.
- Footswitch is depressed / Laser pulses are delivered.
- Handpiece is moved to adjacent spot on targeted vessel.
- Footswitch is depressed / Laser pulses are delivered.
- Process is repeated until telangiectasia are fully covered.
- Hydrogel dressing is removed.
- A fresh, cool piece of hydrogel dressing is taped over the treated area.
- Dressing can be removed later by patient.
- Note: The ScleroPLUS induces a very mild purpura after treatment.(much less noticeable than the SPTL lasers)

Estimated time for average treatment is less than 5 minutes. (Approximately 150 pulses) |
